Take the students out on a cloudy day, and ask them to watch the sky and the clouds.
They must observe the clouds for their patterns, shapes and sizes, and their movement across the sky.
Each student may choose a cloud and make a sketch of it. Students may do several such sketches, and make an album of these
Ask students what they are reminded of by the shapes and movement of the clouds.
Ask them if they can tell rain-bearing clouds from other clouds. Which seasons do they see clouds in?
